WOW. So I hear you make a mean margarita (I pride myself in my margaritas too). Chilaquiles are also my favourite dish (though I don’t eat cheese – how ridiculous is that, chilaquiles without cheese!). Now I do have ideas for when I have a gathering… thanks for sharing!
