In 12 years of designing for the web this was the hardest project I've ever done... making something look like utter crap. (I think it marks the first time I've turned JPEG quality all the way to zero.) Sometimes they're pretty elaborate (saying the site was sold to EA, blocking access to all the songs, posting a Duck Hunt remix album and then having the site go down due to a C&D letter that night. That was one year), sometimes not so much. This looks like a bit of the latter: http://icecap.ocremix.org/ A remix project of the Ice Cap zone in Sonic 3. Clues that it's a fake besides being posted today? Absurd claims ("allegedly made with the involvement of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson himself"), lame logo and no torrent for the files. I could be wrong though. Also, Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters is supposed to premiere on Adult Swim tonight. Prank?
