Without a doubt, you are completely right. Of course, it’s big news to us in Vancouver, but even the local media was a little slow to grab on to this story. It was just this week that the local papers have been saying things, but the week prior is when the TV outlets were murmuring things.
Those signs remind me of an episode of “The Simpsons” where Mayor Quimby was running for re-election. “Vote for Joe Quimby - if you were running for mayor, he’d vote for you.”
